I have written a film script which is perfect for the Hallmark Channel
We buy our series and films from the best studios and production companies in the world including Sony, NBC Universal, CBS Paramount and MGM. A number of our films are also acquired through RHI (which used to be our sister company Hallmark Entertainment). If you have written a script you should contact one of the major production companies directly as they’re always searching for the next Hollywood blockbuster. If you really don’t know where to start then send it to us and we’ll pass it on on your behalf….and good luck!

I love the music from a certain film or series and would love to buy it?
There is a fantastic website called IMDB (www.imdb.com) which has all sorts of information about movies and series…everything from the soundtrack to the filming locations. Alternatively try Amazon (www.amazon.co.uk) which has thousands of movie and series soundtracks available to buy.

Who's who at the Hallmark Channel?
The Hallmark Channel is owned by NBC Universal. If you would like to find out more about the people who work for the Hallmark Channel, please log onto our corporate site at http://www.nbcuni.com/Global_Networks.

Why is a programme different to the one that’s advertised?
As responsible broadcasters we always try to be sensitive to current news events and occasionally it will be necessary to remove a programme at very short notice if we feel the content is inappropriate in the light of news events. Where possible we will show the programme at a later date and details of transmission times will appear on the website when we have a confirmed date.

I would like to get a copy of a film or series you've shown on the Hallmark Channel?
Whilst we don’t sell our programming, you will often find that that the production companies who make them do. If you can’t see what you’re after on websites such as Amazon then let us know and we’ll check with the production company for you.

I want to watch my favourite film or episode again. When will this be on?
Our programmes are so good that you might want to see them again – or maybe you just missed it the first time around. Enter the programme title into the website search box and – if it’s been scheduled – we’ll be able to tell you exactly when for. Don’t panic of it’s not there – it might just mean that it will be two months or more before it’s on the channel again.
